Petra has a wonderful soothing voice and manner that guides you through a restorative Yoga and sound bath session, leaving you feeling lovely and relaxed, stress-free and ready to face the world again. I've been to several sessions and it's my favourite part of the week, when I get a slot in her very popular class.

Today was my first time attending Petra’s class and I was genuinely impressed. Petra is warm, approachable and exceptionally skilled at what she does. Petra is a very professional, knowledgable Tutor. She explains things clearly, she is totally encouraging and the class was very uplifting and fun. She just wants you to succeed in improving your health and lifestyle to live your best life. Her classes are totally holistic - mind body and spirit all working together.
